How Long Does It Take to Clean?
MOST customers will clean 200 sq ft per each hour.

How Many Brushes Will I Need?
3 pack for every 100 square ft.

Can I Use an Extension Cord?
Yes, IF it is 12 amp and less than 25 ft.
CUSTOMER SAYS “IT DOESN’T WORK”
Power Issue:
Plug in, check for small light on power switch.
No power: call repair line (817) 888-8313.
Answer:
Steam Issue:
After 10 minutes, gauge should read at least 4 Bars.
If not, send in for repair.
Hose Issue:
Plug in hose and you will hear “click” to lock into position. Squeeze trigger for steam release.
No steam: order new hose.
Answer:
- Turn off steam
- Let it cool
- Drain boiler
- Add water
- Close steam pressure valve by turning to all the way to the right.
- Restart

Always use medium steam pressure.
Answer:
Always use min 12 gauge extension cord.
